We care about preparing our customers’ orders and shipping them as quickly as possible according to the following points:

  1. During the weekdays, we prepare and package the order within one to two days.
  2. Orders placed on Thursday until 2pm will be delivered on the same day and after that will only be shipped on Saturday due to shipping companies' holiday weekend.
  3. Shipments arrive to the customer after shipping in a period of 2 to 7 days in most cases, depending on the customer’s city from the location of our store in the city of Riyadh and according to the distance of the customer’s city from the nearest main distribution center of the shipping company.
  4. The customer will receive a text message on his mobile phone or an email containing the order number and the tracking number (this is after the shipping bill is issued by our store) and he can track the shipment using the tracking number on the shipping company’s website.
  5. If you do not receive a message or email with information, please contact us to obtain the tracking number if you wish.
  6. Entering the correct address and contact number is the responsibility of the customer, and we will not be responsible for not receiving the shipment due to an error in the customer’s data.
  7. It is the customer's responsibility to follow up on the shipment with the shipping company, and he must respond to calls or messages and receive his order on time from the shipping company before returning it to the store.
  8. If the shipment is returned to the store due to the customer not receiving it, he will bear the shipping and return costs.
  9. We may have to change the shipping company as needed.

Return information:


  • If an order arrives that is not what the customer requested, we will bear the costs of shipping and exchange (depending on the availability of the product) or return according to what is agreed upon with the customer. The problem must be reported to us within 3 days of receiving the order.
  • In the event that a damaged or damaged product arrives, the customer can contact us to begin procedures for returning the product and compensating the customer after inspecting the damaged product (depending on the availability of the product). The problem must be reported to us within 3 days of receiving the order.
  • If the customer wants to return a product he ordered, he must contact us within a period not exceeding one week from receiving the order, and we will return it if the product is in good condition and in the original packaging and has not been used. The customer bears the shipping and return costs.
  • Currently, returning products costs 28.75 riyals from SMSA (requires visiting the company branch to deliver the products).
  • Return on Al Yamamah Company costs 16.1 riyals.
  • Important note: If the customer receives free shipping and the customer wants to return some products, the shipping cost will be deducted from the value of the products if the total cost of the products is less than the free shipping limit. (Example: If free shipping is 400 riyals and the customer’s order is equal to 450 riyals and he gets free shipping and wants to return a product worth 100 riyals, the actual shipping cost is deducted from the value of the returned product, because the total order has become less than the free shipping limit)
  • Coffee products are not returned or exchanged after shipment.
