The specialty coffee strain is very important as it helps you choose your favorite notes, rich body and choice of pH.
Coffee beans are classified into two categories:
Coffee can also be divided according to growing conditions and differences in taste. Specialty coffee is considered Arabica. However, not all Arabica coffee is specialty coffee. Where is it grown? However, Arabica is widely grown around the world because its flavor is better. As for Robusta, it is considered more productive. However, the taste of Robusta is bitter.
On the other hand, there is another variety of coffee beans called Liberica, but this variety has low productivity because of its bitter taste.
