  • Put 20 grams of ground coffee into the coffee filter.
  • Pour 60 ml of hot water evenly over the coffee for 30 seconds.
  • Wait 30 seconds, then pour another 60 ml of hot water evenly for 30–50 seconds.
  • Pour 120 ml of hot water evenly for 50–90 seconds.
  • Pour the remaining 60 ml of hot water evenly for 1:30–2:10 minutes.


How to prepare cold brew coffee

Ingredients

  • 22 grams of ground coffee.
  • 200 ml of hot water at a temperature of 88°.
  • 180–200 grams of ice.


Steps

  • Put 22 grams of ground coffee into the coffee filter.
  • Pour 50 ml of hot water evenly over the coffee for 30 seconds.
  • Wait 30 seconds, then pour another 50 ml of hot water evenly for 30–50 seconds.
  • Pour an additional 50 ml of hot water evenly for 50–90 seconds.
