The biggest difficulty in selling hand-drip coffee is that the quality of extraction varies from one employee to another who prepares the coffee, and it takes a long time to train in drip coffee making.

In addition, finding skilled workers is difficult, and the manual brewing process is very time-consuming, making it hard to perform other tasks simultaneously, thus increasing labor costs. Furthermore, when brewing coffee manually, precise temperature control is challenging for the worker.

Also, during the distillation process, the hot water in the kettle cools down gradually over time. Therefore, at the end of the extraction, there is a temperature decrease of approximately 5 to 15 degrees compared to the beginning of the extraction.

Modern automatic distillation equipment typically uses a single boiler, and all batches are prepared at the same temperature. Furthermore, because the extraction temperature for each step is always constant, the entire extraction process is carried out at a uniform temperature from beginning to end. This results in variations in flavor between hand distillation and other methods.

The iRHEA machine is the first to develop and implement a dual-boiler system for hot water mixing. This machine is the most innovative automatic distillation machine ever.
