Yemeni coffee receives special care from farmers, starting from the purity and quality of the water used to irrigate the coffee trees, which is derived from rainwater, dams and springs from the peaks of the mountainous heights, to the exclusion of pesticides and fertilizers when preparing the soil and the planting process, which gives the coffee a sweet taste and a unique character.
